20/20/20 – This high energy class combines cardio and strength training routines in 20-minute intervals to kick up the heart rate and tone muscles. All levels. 

30/60/90 – Blast fat, firm up, and boost your metabolism! This hardcore workout is based on combinations of cardio and strength exercises. Each move is 30, 60, or 90 seconds. All levels.

Abs & Glutes - An intense abdominal and glutes routine using weights and sculpting techniques to fine-tune the abs and glutes. Promotes toning, strength, endurance, and power. All levels.

Advanced Step -  There’s no stopping here! This progressive class is comprised of advanced step choreography that will literally keep you on your toes. Advanced level.

Basic Step - New to step?  Learn essential form, techniques, and step lingo for an effective foundation in step. Beginner level.   

Belly Dance - Come explore and play in our belly dance class! You’ll get a workout using techniques from the Middle Eastern dance form that helps to tone the mid-torso, develop flexibility, and improve balance. All levels.

Body Sculpt - Build strength and sculpt your physique using the step, weights, body bars, balls, resistance bands, and more! This is an intense strength training class in a non-intimidating and fun setting. All levels.

Cardio Bar - Class utilizes cardiovascular moves to keep your heart rate up and body bars to sculpt, improve strength, and build muscle tone. Routines include moves that are fun and adjustable to your fitness level. All levels.

Cardio Circuit - This cardio challenge class includes intervals of cardio and strength training (drills and sculpting) to keep the heart thumping and the muscles pumping. All levels.

Cardio Fusion - Take your cardio routine off the treadmill and into the aerobic room. No steps, no weights, no bars, no balls…Nothing but movement. Class provides a great calorie-burning workout using a variety of fun and easy-to-follow cardio formats. All levels.

Cardio Interval - Keep your body working with this interval training class that alternates short bursts of high-intensity exercise with longer intervals of strength training and recovery. Interval training builds all your muscles, including your heart! Advanced level.

Cardio & Condition - A boot camp style class that includes cardiovascular, speed and endurance, strength training, body weight exercises, and versions of the military standard push-up and sit up! This class is simple and fun, but it’s not easy! All levels. 

Cycle Express - Nothing fancy here… Just 30 minutes of good old cycling lead by an energizing instructor. All levels.

Cycle Fusion - Group cycling class that often interweaves off-bike cardio drills to keep the heart rate up and keep the body guessing. All levels.           

Group Cycling - A non-impact, high-intensity workout. Take an indoor bike tour to increase your fitness, challenge your body, and have fun with other riders. All levels welcome!

Kickboxing Interval - Kick up your routine! A cardiovascular workout using kickboxing techniques and choreography mixed with sports drills. This class will not only make you work up a sweat, it promotes cardiovascular fitness and builds muscles in the legs, arms, and abs. All levels.

Step Interval - A cross-training class that works the entire body with an intense circuit workout combining step, cardio, and weights. Builds up endurance and strength for a total body blow out! This class is for those who want to push themselves to a new level! Advanced level.   

Step Sculpt - A cardio class designed to help strengthen, tone and define muscles. Part cardio and part strength training, participants use the step, hand held weights, body bars, and other fitness props to sculpt and tone. Beginner level.

Super Step Interval - Cardio and strength galore! This power-packed class includes advanced step combinations with strength and resistance training for a full body workout. Class varies and intervals may be used to boost cardio and muscular fitness. Leave this class feeling stronger and full of energy. Advanced level.

Pilates - This mat pilates class offers a total body workout that emphasizes body alignment to build muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. The overall focus of pilates is on the abdominal area (core), lower back, and hips to create a power center, enabling the rest of the body to move freely. All levels.

Ultimate Conditioning - Boot camp-inspired workout that builds strength and stamina. Drill techniques are simple, high-energy, and provide a platform for achieving your personal fitness goals. No frills. No equipment. Only the ultimate cardiovascular challenge! All levels.

Yoga Stretch - Gentle yoga class focusing on different yoga techniques to wake up the body, mind and spirit. All-levels class and a great place for yoginis new to the mat. 

Yoga Sculpt - Take your yoga practice and your workout to a new level. Class combines traditional yoga practice with light hand weights. You don’t have to be an expert in yoga or weight training to join this class and feel its benefits – all bodies welcomed and encouraged!

Yoga Flow - Based on the ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Yoga flow uses breath work (pranayama), postures (asanas), and flowing movement (vinyasa) to energize your body, mind, and spirit while improving your overall sense of well-being. Class is all levels; variations provided for beginners and long-time practitioners.

Specialty Classes:    

Ball Class - Bounce up your sculpting with a ball class. All exercises are used with a physio ball (the big round balls). Class is the 1st Wednesday of every month at 10AM. Free for members. Visitor fee for non-members.

Girl Power - No adults, puh-leeze! This time is especially for girls, ages 6 through 12.  Emphasis placed on learning about exercise for the right reasons and having fun while doing it. Movements are based on basic cardio drills and use various exercises props (balls, jump ropes, etc.). Class is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30PM. Additional fee applies. Open to members and non-members.

SereniTEA Yoga - Nurture your body, mind, and spirit with this special monthly yoga event. This all levels experience opens the body and heart and leaves participants feeling rested and peaceful. Stay after class for inspirational conversation over hot tea! Class is held on the last Friday of each month at 6PM.  Free to members; $10 cash for non-members.

Zumba - Do you enjoy salsa, merengue and rumba? Spice up your work out and dance your way to fitness with a Zumba class. Zumba is a unique combination of international and Latin dance moves and music that creates an exciting fitness system that is healthy and fun! Class takes place on Monday evenings at 8.  Additional fee applies. Open to members and non-members.
